Anser Ahmad is the founder and managing attorney of Ahmad & Associates. He has practiced immigration law, federal criminal defense, and appellate litigation for over 20 years, and founded the firm to serve clients who need rigorous, personalized legal representation in complex U.S. immigration matters.
Throughout his career, Attorney Ahmad has represented clients in immigration courts, before USCIS, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in federal circuit courts. He has handled hundreds of immigration petitions, applications, and hearings across virtually every category of U.S. immigration law, as well as federal criminal defense matters with immigration consequences.
Attorney Ahmad speaks Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, French, and Spanish, enabling him to work directly with clients from a wide range of national and cultural backgrounds without interpreter delays.
